| .75 oz | Pink Grapefruit Juice |
| 1.5 oz | Fresh Pineapple Juice |
| .75 oz | Hibiscus Syrup* |
| .5 oz | Lemon Juice |
| + | Fresh Sage |
| 45 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Pink Grapefruit Juice |
| 45 ml | Fresh Pineapple Juice |
| 22.5 ml | Hibiscus Syrup* |
| 15 ml | Lemon Juice |
| + | Fresh Sage |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh sage.
*Hibiscus Syrup
Steep 1 tablespoon hibiscus tea in 1 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar to water) and allow to infuse 3-4 hours. Once the desired consistency is achieved, strain out the hibiscus leaves and store syrup refrigerated, up to two weeks.
