Take me out to a Paloma-filled summer day with this light & refreshing grapefruit mix.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .75 oz | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| .25 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Peychaud's Bitters |
| + | Tajín rim |
| 45 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 7.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Peychaud's Bitters |
| + | Tajín rim |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled and combined.
- Double strain into a coupe glass rimmed with Tajín.
- Top with drops of bitters to resemble baseball stitching.
