.75 oz Tamarind purée
.75 oz Cinnamon agave syrup
.25 oz Fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
+ Tajín rim
+ Lime wedge for garnish
60 ml Gran Patrón Smoky
22.5 ml Tamarind purée
22.5 ml Cinnamon agave syrup
7.5 ml Fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
+ Tajín rim
+ Lime wedge for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled and diluted.
  3. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass rimmed with Tajín.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
