1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
.5 oz Citrónge Orange Liqueur
1 oz Grapefruit sparkling water
.75 oz Fresh lime juice
.75 oz Rich agave syrup (2:1)
.5 oz Martini Bitter
+ Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim*
+ Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish
45 ml Patrón Reposado
15 ml Citrónge Orange Liqueur
30 ml Grapefruit sparkling water
22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
22.5 ml Rich agave syrup (2:1)
15 ml Martini Bitter
+ Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim*
+ Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

How to Make

  1. Rim a footed highball glass with the tajín/sea salt/black pepper mixture.
  2. Combine spirits, agave syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to chill.
  3. Strain onto fresh ice in the highball glass.
  4. Top with grapefruit sparkling water and stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

*Tajín/sea salt/black pepper rim:
2 parts tajín : 1 part maldon sea salt : 1 part black pepper
