Ingredients

1 oz BACARDÍ 8
3 oz Cola
.25 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Cream of coconut
2 cups Loosely packed ice
+ Lime wedge for garnish
1.5 oz Patrón XO Cafe
30 ml BACARDÍ 8
90 ml Cola
7.5 ml Fresh lime juice
30 ml Cream of coconut
2 cups Loosely packed ice
+ Lime wedge for garnish
45 ml Patrón XO Cafe

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and blend until a slushy texture is achieved.
  2. Pour into a clear glass mug.
  3. Tip 50ml bottle of XO Café upside down and float at the top of the glass.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge and straw.
