The perfect apres ski cocktail, this sweet and minty drink will have you just as excited to get off the slopes as you were to get on.
Recipe Ingredients
1 oz | Patrón XO Cafe |
1 oz | White crème de menthe (preferably Tempus Fugit) |
.5 oz | Green Chartreuse |
1 | Scoop green tea ice cream |
+ | Mint sprig for garnish |
30 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
30 ml | White crème de menthe (preferably Tempus Fugit) |
15 ml | Green Chartreuse |
1 | Scoop green tea ice cream |
+ | Mint sprig for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a shaker tin, add Patrón XO Cafe, crème de menthe and Green Chartreuse and shake with ice.
- Strain into a mini parfait glass or small rocks glass.
- Add one scoop of green tea ice cream to the glass (submersed in the liquid).
- Garnish with a mint sprig sticking out of the ice cream scoop.
