This fruity variation on everyone's favorite cocktail is made even sweeter with a sugar-rimmed martini glass.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Infused Patrón Silver* |
| 1 oz | Infused simple syrup** |
| 1 oz | Dehydrated grapefruit |
| + | Splash of soda water |
| + | Sugar and fresh vanilla rim |
| 60 ml | Infused Patrón Silver* |
| 30 ml | Infused simple syrup** |
| 30 ml | Dehydrated grapefruit |
| + | Splash of soda water |
| + | Sugar and fresh vanilla rim |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a vanilla-sugar-rimmed martini glass.
*Infused Patrón Silver:
2 Whole grapefruits in 1 bottle of Patron Silver, let it rest for 12 hours.
**Infused simple syrup:
1 cup of sugar, 1 ⅓ cup of water, handful of mint, let it infuse for 2 hours
