| 2 oz | Sparkling water |
| 1 oz | Grapefruit juice |
| .75 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| .5 oz | MARTINI Bitter |
| .5 oz | Agave syrup |
| + | Lemon wheel for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 60 ml | Sparkling water |
| 30 ml | Grapefruit juice |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 15 ml | MARTINI Bitter |
| 15 ml | Agave syrup |
| + | Lemon wheel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
