A sweet beertail to help you chill out (with a twist) on a warm day.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| .5 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| .75 oz | Fresh pressed lime juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| 2 oz | IPA Beer Top |
| + | Orange zest for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 15 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh pressed lime juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 60 ml | IPA Beer Top |
| + | Orange zest for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except the beer in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously to chill and then double strain into a white wine glass.
- Add the beer and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with an orange zest.
