This is a classic cocktail you'll be dreaming about with fresh, citrusy flavors that'll keep you cool on a warm day.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| 2 oz | Fresh pineapple juice |
| 1 oz | Fresh orange |
| .15 oz | Fresh ginger |
| .15 oz | Fresh lime |
| 12 | Fresh mint leaves |
| + | Simple Syrup, to taste |
| 45 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 60 ml | Fresh pineapple juice |
| 30 ml | Fresh orange |
| 4.5 ml | Fresh ginger |
| 4.5 ml | Fresh lime |
| 12 | Fresh mint leaves |
| + | Simple Syrup, to taste |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In the bottom of a shaker, muddle the mint, ginger and simple syrup.
- Add the remaining ingredients and ice.
- Shake vigorously to chill.
- Double strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and an orange slice.
