Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .75 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| .75 oz | Simple syrup |
| .5 oz | Red wine |
| + | Lemon wheel for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 22.5 ml | Simple syrup |
| 15 ml | Red wine |
| + | Lemon wheel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass and gently float red wine on surface of drink.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
