Watermelon Mule
A tequila take on the classic mule made better with a fruity, watermelon and light lemon twist to take summer celebrations to the next level.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver | 
| 3 oz | Watermelon juice | 
| 4 oz | Ginger Beer | 
| .75 oz | Lemon Juice | 
| 6 | Raspberries, 2 for garnish | 
| + | Mint Sprig for garnish | 
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver | 
| 90 ml | Watermelon juice | 
| 120 ml | Ginger Beer | 
| 22.5 ml | Lemon Juice | 
| 6 | Raspberries, 2 for garnish | 
| + | Mint Sprig for garnish | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Make watermelon juice by adding fresh watermelon to a blender.
 - Blend thoroughly and then strain into a pitcher.
 - In a shaker tin, muddle six raspberries by gently pressing them.
 - Add the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer to the shaker tin.
 - Add ice and shake vigorously to combine and chill.
 - Garnish with a mint sprig and raspberries.
