The Song of the Sea

A cocktail to help you taste the tropical flavors found by the ocean, if you listen closely.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .75 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| .75 oz | Black pepper and coriander shrub |
| .75 oz | Fresh pineapple juice |
| .5 oz | MARTINI Riserva Speciale Ambrato or Vanilla-washed Lillet Blanc |
| + | Salted agave air, spooned over the top |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 22.5 ml | Black pepper and coriander shrub |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh pineapple juice |
| 15 ml | MARTINI Riserva Speciale Ambrato or Vanilla-washed Lillet Blanc |
| + | Salted agave air, spooned over the top |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients except the air into a Boston shaker and shake hard.
- Double strain in large sea shell and ladle salted agave air over the top of the shell and plate.
