Patrón Echo

This spicy and smoky cocktail with a twist of vegetal greek sweet is the perfect Patrón way to kick off happy hour.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Ilegal Mezcal Joven |
| 1 oz | Greek syrup* |
| 2 drops | Green Tabasco |
| + | Dried chili thread for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Ilegal Mezcal Joven |
| 30 ml | Greek syrup* |
| 2 drops | Green Tabasco |
| + | Dried chili thread for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and double strain into coupette.
- Garnish with dried chili thread.
*Greek syrup:
- Add 250 g of cucumber, 150 g of zucchini, 20 g chive and 15 g of lemongrass to a blender and blend on a high speed for 2 minutes.
- Strain and add 250g of sugar to complete the syrup.
