| 22.5 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 15 ml | Lemon juice |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
- Strain over crushed ice in a double old fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a dash of bitters and a pineapple leaf.
