1.5 oz Patrón Silver
1.5 oz Pear nectar
.8 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Chartreuse
.5 oz Simple syrup
3 Basil leaves
+ Pear slice for garnish
+ Star anise for garnish
45 ml Patrón Silver
45 ml Pear nectar
24 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Chartreuse
15 ml Simple syrup
3 Basil leaves
+ Pear slice for garnish
+ Star anise for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Muddle basil leaves with simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and ice.
  3. Shake until chilled.
  4. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a pear slice and star anise.
