Taste summer from across the pond with this modern, apple-infused cocktail that is sparkling and bright-o!
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| .5 oz | Italicus Amaro |
| .75 oz | Apple juice |
| .75 oz | Lime juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| 2 dashes | Suze |
| 1 dash | Fever-Tree tonic water |
| + | Apple fan and mint sprig for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 15 ml | Italicus Amaro |
| 22.5 ml | Apple juice |
| 22.5 ml | Lime juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 2 dashes | Suze |
| 1 dash | Fever-Tree tonic water |
| + | Apple fan and mint sprig for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients except the tonic water to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with tonic water.
- Garnish with an apple fan and mint sprig.
