Paloma Roja Twist
A juicy twist on the classic paloma, this Día de Muertos pour features the deep sweet flavor of fresh blood orange juice.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| 1.5 oz | Fresh blood orange juice* |
| 0.5 oz | Lime juice |
| 0.3 oz | Agave syrup |
| 3 oz | Soda water |
| + | Blood orange wheel |
| + | Sea salt rim |
| 50 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 50 ml | Fresh blood orange juice* |
| 20 ml | Lime juice |
| 10 ml | Agave syrup |
| 100 ml | Soda water |
| + | Blood orange wheel |
| + | Sea salt rim |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Build in highball.
- Fill with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with blood orange wheel and sea salt rim.
