2 dashes | Smoked sea salt |
+ | Grapefruit twist for garnish |
45 ml | Roca Patrón Silver |
45 ml | Grapefruit juice |
45 ml | Topo Chico |
15 ml | Simple syrup |
4 | Mint leaves |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime wedges and simple syrup together in a cocktail shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until chilled.
- Double strain into collins glass with ice.
- Top with Topo Chico.
- Garnish with 3 cucumber slices and a grapefruit twist.
