Ingredients

  • ml
1.5 oz Roca Patrón Silver
1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
1.5 oz Topo Chico
.5 oz Simple syrup
4 Mint leaves
7 Cucumber slices, 3 for garnish
2 Lime wedges
2 dashes Celery bitters
2 dashes Smoked sea salt
+ Grapefruit twist for garnish
45 ml Roca Patrón Silver
45 ml Grapefruit juice
45 ml Topo Chico
15 ml Simple syrup
4 Mint leaves
7 Cucumber slices, 3 for garnish
2 Lime wedges
2 dashes Celery bitters
2 dashes Smoked sea salt
+ Grapefruit twist for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime wedges and simple syrup together in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until chilled.
  3. Double strain into collins glass with ice.
  4. Top with Topo Chico.
  5. Garnish with 3 cucumber slices and a grapefruit twist.
