Ingredients

  • ml
1.5 oz Roca Patrón Reposado
3 oz Fresh dark apple cider
.75 oz Crème de cassis
.5 oz Spiced syrup*
+ Apple slices for garnish
45 ml Roca Patrón Reposado
90 ml Fresh dark apple cider
22.5 ml Crème de cassis
15 ml Spiced syrup*
+ Apple slices for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine ingredients in a collins glass and stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with apple slices.

*Spiced syrup:
Grind 2 cups cinnamon sticks, 1 cup star anise, 1 cup cloves and 1 cup Szechuan peppercorns. Add 5 cups simple syrup and simmer until a prominent flavor develops. Let cool, then fine strain.
