Marigold

A light & refreshing modern cocktail served in a collins glass to be garnished with marigold, orange zest and plenty of attention.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| 2 oz | Tonic |
| .5 oz | Cempaxúchil (marigold) syrup* |
| .5 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 60 ml | Tonic |
| 15 ml | Cempaxúchil (marigold) syrup* |
| 15 ml | Fresh lime juice |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all liquid ingredients to an ice-filled collins glass and stir to combine.
- Garnish with orange zest and edible marigold flower.
*Marigold syrup recipe:
- Blend the petals of 8 marigolds with 2 cups of simple syrup on medium speed in a blender.
- Strain to remove solids and store in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
