Ramón Fizz
Brunch like you mean it with this classic sparkling cocktail that’s so citrusy and sweet, you might want to make a meal of it.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| 3 oz | Club soda |
| 1.5 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1.5 oz | Heavy cream |
| 1 oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Lime twist for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 90 ml | Club soda |
| 45 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 45 ml | Heavy cream |
| 30 ml | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Lime twist for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker and “dry shake” without ice 30 seconds.
- Add ice and shake an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour club soda into collins glass, then strain cocktail on top of the soda, until liquid level reaches rim of glass.
- Allow to rest 30 seconds before pouring remaining cocktail into glass slowly in a steady stream, allowing a solid head to rise above rim of the glass.
- Garnish with a fancy lime twist.
