| .5 oz | Agave Nectar or simple syrup |
| .5 oz | Lime Juice |
| 1.5 oz | Grapefruit Soda |

| + | Grapefruit Slice and Salt (optional) for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Agave Nectar or simple syrup |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Using the grapefruit slice, moisten the rim of a highball glass and dip the rim of the glass in salt, if desired, to create the salt rim.
- Combine liquid ingredients in the ice-filled, salt-rimmed highball glass and stir gently.
- Garnish with the grapefruit slice.
