| 1 oz | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| .15 oz | Fresh cucumber |
| .15 oz | Fresh lime |
| .15 oz | Fresh honey |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 30 ml | Fresh grapefruit juice |
| 4.5 ml | Fresh cucumber |
| 4.5 ml | Fresh lime |
| 4.5 ml | Fresh honey |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
ResetHow to Make
- Place the cucumber in the collins glass with fresh lime juice.
- Gently press the cucumber with a muddler.
- Add remaining ingredients and fill glass with crushed ice.
- Use a swizzle stick or bar spoon to swizzle—gently twirl the spoon between the palms of your hands—until a frost forms on the outside of the glass.
- Top with additional ice if needed.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
