.25 oz Dark crème de cacao
10 Drops mole bitters
1 Red chile for garnish
60 ml PATRÓN Añejo
30 ml MARTINI Rosso Vermouth
7.5 ml Dark crème de cacao
10 Drops mole bitters
1 Red chile for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a red chile.
