As the bar manager and mixologist extraordinaire at the longstanding Kelvingrove Café, Ryan Mowat elevated the bar program, helping it win the Best Cocktail Bar in Scotland in the Scotsman Food & Drinks Awards 2017. The artistry of Ryan’s bartending led him to compete in, and come in 2nd at the 2017 Patrón Perfectionists Cocktail Competition in Glasgow.
