Signature Cocktail Sweet Naïveté
Damian Windsor began his career 22 years ago in his native Australia at Sydney’s Peppermint Lounge before he was recruited to open Theo Restaurant & Bar in New York City. In 2009, he was selected to be an Apprentice for Tales of the Cocktail, and he participated in the 2008 and 2009 BAR-taught Tequila Immersions. Damien currently works at Roger Room and Three Clubs in Hollywood and his cocktails have been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times.
