Acclaimed bartender Brice Martaud has yet another accomplishment to add to his résumé after being named France’s Perfectionist. When not competing for international claims to fame, Brice tends bar at Le Dandy in Lille. This popular bar boasts three floors and Brice has attributed the customers he meets as his inspiration to create new cocktails that will leave a lasting impression on each of them.
