To really put the spirit in team spirit, we’re bringing you three weeks’ worth of Monday Night Mash-Ups, perfect for sipping while you’re watching Monday Night Football. Start practicing your end zone celebration dance.
This large-batch recipe by bartender Jesse Powell blends Patrón Reposado, pear brandy and red wine to ensure it packs quite a punch.

Pom-Pom Punch
Makes 12 drinks
- 8 oz Patrón Reposado
- 1 bottle red wine (preferably Pinot Noir)
- 9 oz pear brandy
- 8 oz orange juice
- 2 cups ginger beer
- Orange wheels
- Pear slices
- Apple slices
- Additional seasonal fruit
Add all the ingredients to a pitcher or carafe, and mix to combine. Pour over standard ice, garnish and serve. Can be made in advance and stored for up to a day.
