With a degree in gastronomy, Rodolfo Oliveira de Sousa Ferreira has acquired quite a bit of knowledge throughout his illustrious career. Serving as a beverage consultant for almost two decades, he is currently Bar Manager of a Gastro Bar in São Paulo. Rodolfo has won numerous awards, including the coveted Best Beverage Menu of ‘Prazeres da Mesa’ and Patrón Perfectionists, both in 2018.
