Nicole began bartending in a central Edinburgh hotel, where she fell in love with the industry. She has also worked in The VooDoo Rooms and The Voyage of Buck - the Edinburgh bar owned by Perfectionist 2016 winner, Mike McGinty. Nicole is now established at Satan’s Whiskers in London where she continues to push and challenge herself.
