Nick is currently employed at Eau De Vie in Melbourne where he currently resides. Before being named Australia’s Patrón Perfectionist with the incredibly tasty Song of the Sea cocktail, Nick’s resume boasted many other prestigious awards, including: Being named in The Perfect Blend Victorian Final, a Runner Up in The Perfect Blend National Final and finishing top 16 in the 2016 Australian Bartender of the Year Competition.
