Does tequila have yeast?
Tequila is made with yeast, but it does not contain yeast. The yeast converts available sugar from the agave into alcohol and carbon dioxide, but does not survive the conversion process. PATRÓN Tequila is made using only three high-quality, natural ingredients: water, yeast and 100% Weber Blue Agave.
