- Place celery in shaker and muddle lightly with back of spoon or cocktail muddler.
- Add all remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
- Fine strain with a cone strainer to remove any celery fibers.
- Strain over fresh ice into a Tajîn salted rocks glass.
