37.5 ml | Roca Patrón Silver |
22.5 ml | MARTINI Bianco Vermouth |
15 ml | White peppercorn-chamomile tea syrup |
22.5 ml | Creme de mure |
15 ml | Pear nectar |
30 ml | MARTINI Prosecco |
+ | Dehydrated grapefruit salt/sugar rim |

- Using a lemon wedge, moisten the rim of a coupe glass.
- Roll the edge of the glass gently in grapefruit rimming salt**, avoiding getting the salt on the inside of the glass.
- Combine liquid ingredients except Prosecco in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain into the rimmed cocktail coupe.
- Top with Prosecco.
