Ingredients

  • ml
1 oz Roca Patrón Silver
.75 oz Gran Patrón Piedra
.75 oz Averna Amaro
.5 oz Rosemary & tamarind syrup*
1 dash Applewood and sea salt bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
+ Orange ribbon and fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
30 ml Roca Patrón Silver
22.5 ml Gran Patrón Piedra
22.5 ml Averna Amaro
15 ml Rosemary & tamarind syrup*
1 dash Applewood and sea salt bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
+ Orange ribbon and fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Build all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir to combine. 
  2. Strain over ice in a double rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange ribbon and fresh rosemary sprig.

*Rosemary & Tamarind Syrup: Combine 2 parts Rosemary Syrup to 1 part Tamarind Puree.
