Ingredients

1.5 oz Roca Patrón Reposado
.5 oz Pimm's No. 1
1 oz Topo Chico
.8 oz Pear nectar
.5 oz Simple syrup
.2 oz Lemon juice
+ Mint sprig for garnish
45 ml Roca Patrón Reposado
15 ml Pimm's No. 1
30 ml Topo Chico
24 ml Pear nectar
15 ml Simple syrup
6 ml Lemon juice
+ Mint sprig for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients, except Topo Chico, into cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into flute and top with Topo Chico.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.
