Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Combine ingredients in a shaker without the egg white.
- Shake ingredients with ice, strain back into short tin.
- Add an egg white and dry shake (without ice) thoroughly.
- Using a mesh strainer, fine-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
- Garnish with a lime twist.
*Hibiscus spice syrup:
- Simmer 6 hibiscus spice tea bags in 2 cups water for 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and add 3 star anise, ½ cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup white sugar.
- Simmer until desired thickness.
