Ingredients

  • oz
  • ml
1.5 oz Roca Patrón Añejo
1.5 oz Gran Patrón Piedra
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Green Chartreuse
.5 oz Honey syrup
.25 oz Simple syrup
1 Barspoon passion fruit seeds and pulp
+ Flower, lemon peel and fresh ground pepper for garnish
45 ml Roca Patrón Añejo
45 ml Gran Patrón Piedra
22.5 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Green Chartreuse
15 ml Honey syrup
7.5 ml Simple syrup
1 Barspoon passion fruit seeds and pulp
+ Flower, lemon peel and fresh ground pepper for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Shake and double strain into coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with a flower wrapped in lemon peel and fresh ground pepper
