Rosey Mitchell has made a name for herself behind the bar at some of London’s finest cocktail establishments. Formerly the Assistant Manager of 69 Colebrook Row, she now commands the bar at Three Sheets, which was placed on the World’s 50 Best Bars list in its first year of being open.
