Before landing at the American Bar in Glasgow, Scotland, Ludovica Fedi had traveled and worked around the world to hone her cocktail craft. She began her career in London before branching out to run bars in Hong Kong, across Europe and in Edinburgh. Ludovica was also a fierce competitor in the 2017 Patrón Perfectionists UK competition.
