Dancing Bees is inspired by Patrón's bee logo that always reminds me of my childhood. When I was on summer holiday from school, my mother would make cold pitchers of chamomile iced tea, sometimes with fresh passionfruit from our backyard added in. I mixed the sweet flavors of this memory with refreshing and bright ingredients like honey yuzu vinegar, yellow Chartreuse and fresh lime juice to bring sweet, aged Patrón Reposado to summery life.
