Kyle Zimmerman

Kyle’s career began as the GM of the WSKY Lounge, a cigar and high end scotch bar in Oklahoma City. Since then, Kyle has moved on to consulting several bars and restaurants in the area, while still taking shifts at The Hutch on Avondale, a fine dining staple in the community. A passion for traveling and exploring other cultures allows him to continually bring new ideas and techniques back to his Midwest town.
