Tending bar in Iowa for the first 8 years of his career, Jonathan Sheridan always felt destined to take his skills to another level. He moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2016 and quickly became bar manager at SumoMaya, a notable Mexican - Asian fusion restaurant where he creates exotic drink menus mixing flavors from the two cultures together.
