Héctor Flores is from Atontonilco el Alto in Jalisco, Mexico where his love of bartending has grown right alongside his love of tequila. He credits his culinary background and passion for new flavors, scents and spices as the keys to his success. Today he works behind La Casona’s grand copper bar mixing up novel creations for those lucky enough to stay in the opulent guesthouses adjacent to Hacienda Patrón.
