Bruce Dorfling has had quite the career, driven by his love of food, wine, tequila, and all the flavors that go along with them. He started out as a sommelier and made the transition to bartending to bring his expertise to a whole new level. Bruce’s passion for the craft is evident in all the awards he’s won, including The Botanist Forager Nationals in 2017.
