Sail into the sea of the after-dinner drinks with this frosty, fresh digestif.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | BACARDÍ 8 |
| 3 oz | Cola |
| .25 oz | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 oz | Cream of coconut |
| 2 cups | Loosely packed ice |
| + | Lime wedge for garnish |
| 1.5 oz | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 30 ml | BACARDÍ 8 |
| 90 ml | Cola |
| 7.5 ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 30 ml | Cream of coconut |
| 2 cups | Loosely packed ice |
| + | Lime wedge for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except garnishes in a blender and blend until a slushy texture is achieved.
- Pour into a clear glass mug.
- Tip 50ml bottle of XO Café upside down and float at the top of the glass.
- Garnish with lime wedge and straw.
