| 1 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| .5 oz | Espresso or cold brewed coffee concentrate |

| 52.5 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 30 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 15 ml | Espresso or cold brewed coffee concentrate |
| + | Sugar rim |
| + | Lemon zest for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until a frothy texture is acheived.
- Strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail coupe.
- Garnish with a wide strip of lemon zest.
