The odds may be against you, but this layered cocktail featuring wine, lemon and egg white is a fitting way to plan revenge against your enemies.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .75 oz | Lemon juice |
| .75 oz | Simple syrup |
| .75 oz | Dry red wine |
| + | 1 Egg White |
| 45 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice |
| 22.5 ml | Simple syrup |
| 22.5 ml | Dry red wine |
| + | 1 Egg White |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except red wine in a tin and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds with light ice. The more vigorously you shake the better texture of your foam.
- Strain over fresh ice into a wine goblet or rocks glass.
- Gently pour red wine over the back of a spoon to create the separation effect.
