Rosemary Wreath
This sparkling and citrusy cocktail is the one holiday wreath you’ll want to enjoy all year long, thanks to fresh herbal flavors.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | PATRÓN Añejo |
| .5 oz | Fresh apple cider |
| .5 oz | Apricot liqueur |
| .5 oz | Fresh lemon juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| .5 oz | Amontillado sherry |
| + | Rosemary sprig for garnish |
| + | Lemon wheels for garnish |
| 45 ml | PATRÓN Añejo |
| 15 ml | Fresh apple cider |
| 15 ml | Apricot liqueur |
| 15 ml | Fresh lemon juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 15 ml | Amontillado sherry |
| + | Rosemary sprig for garnish |
| + | Lemon wheels for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle rosemary and simple syrup.
- Add remaining liquids except sherry, and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
- Float sherry on top of cocktail, and garnish with a rosemary sprig, coiled around the inside of the glass like a wreath.
